Rob Federighi joined Chicagobroker.com in 2003, serving as a negotiator on behalf of tenants and users of commercial and investment office properties. He designs customized spreadsheets to analyze the various options found through extensive market research and the culling of his vast database of leases. Mr. Federighi’s geographic territory encompasses both downtown Chicago and its suburbs.
Prior to joining Chicagobroker.com, Mr. Federighi worked as an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield from 1998 through 2002. In 2001, Mr. Federighi earned Deal of the Year award for his participation in the Sargent & Lundy transaction, the largest transaction in all of the Midwest that year.
Mr. Federighi began his real estate career as a real estate salesperson at Coldwell Banker Mulleady Realtors in Northern Wisconsin. It was here that he achieved “Top Gross Sales for Rookie Agents” and led the office in property listings in only his second year.

International Dispositions | Mr. Federighi received his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has raised funds since 1995 for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and in 2000 he was honored with the Silver Award for team formation and outstanding contribution. He continues his philanthropic endeavors through work with organziations such as Starlight Children’s Foundation and the StreetWise Organization.
